Westbrook’s Flower Shoppe was founded in 1974 in Wallaceburg, Ontario. Specializing in premium, hand-made arrangements and uniquely curated decor, Westbrook’s prides themselves on making a house feel like a home.

Westbrook’s was recently acquired by a new owner who wished to update the visual strategy of the brand while preserving the roots of the company.
The Challenge
I worked closely with the project manager to provide design concepts of a new direction for the branding guidelines, which includes responsive logos, accompanying colour palette, and a pair of typefaces that compliment the brand’s personality. I also created wireframes and hi-fi mock ups of the website, designing a simplified checkout process with the user in mind.
My Role
Working with an intimate developing team, we aligned the goals of the client to provide a modern refresh of the brand. In addition to Westbrook’s updated brand, we created a  website that focuses on providing a streamlined user experience for both desktop and mobile devices, and a visual strategy for social media.
Our Solution
Identity
Westbrook's logomark features a simplistic W with eucalyptus growing out of its stroke.
Website Redesign
The new Westbrook’s website focuses on simplicity and a seamless user experience. The overall design of the website allows for photography to shine, highlighting the vibrant bouquet sets and letting the brand’s personality shine.
We aim to connect people by celebrating all of life’s moments, big or small.

Brand Colours
Westbrook’s’ colour palette includes a muted eucalyptus green and nude pink with an ever-so-slight touch of metallic gold. Accompanied by neutral tones, these colours provide a sense of tranquility and warmth.
